I chose Pete because of his four decades of experience and his deep knowledge of the condo market. He understands that every building is different and knows what to look for beyond just the condo itself. His experience was invaluable. He guided me away from properties that didn’t have strong financials and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision.

Pete was always responsive, patient, and easy to communicate with. He really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel like my needs were a priority. Since I wasn’t able to be there for everything in person, he went above and beyond by representing me at the inspection and closing.

What impressed me most was that his help didn’t stop once the sale was complete. After closing, Pete continued to be there for me. He connected me with reliable contractors and even met with them at my condo on my behalf. That kind of personal service is hard to find.f

Pete genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase, not just about completing the transaction. His experience, honesty, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience so much easier.

This was done during a down market, so not an easy task. Pete has experience as both an agent and a builder of oceanfront condominiums in Madeira Beach. He was very professional, friendly and always available for our phone calls and questions.
