Here is a snapshot of the last two weeks of March 2020 compared to the last two weeks of March in 2019. You can see under the column entitled “Number of New Contracts” 755 new residential deals went in to escrow between March 15 and March 31 of this year. Number of closed sales is down about 15% from last year during the same period but still rather encouraging. The chart also shows the difference in median sales prices from the same periods and the current supply of existing inventory. Beaches and Seminole markets are broken out for your review as well.
